Ambergris Hotel

I had the delightful opportunity to capture my long-time friend Dave Ellis's Ambergris Hotel in Geelong through my photography lens, encompassing the restaurant's interior, the bar, and the delightful array of food, by chef Jackson Wild, and beverages. Dave's meticulous work in crafting the welcoming interiors within the heritage Geelong building truly stands out, rendering the place inviting and snug. Having had the pleasure of dining there multiple times, I can attest that the food, crafted from fresh local produce, not only is visually appealing but also tastes amazing. However, the pinnacle of the experience lies in the exceptional cocktails and an impressive wine selection that includes an abundance of exceptional local wines.
